✨ We’re thrilled to announce that brand-new artist studio spaces are coming to Fleming House at Fort Kinnaird Retail Park! ✨

If you’re looking for a creative home to paint, design, or make, we’d love to hear from you. We’re now gathering expressions of interest from artists who’d like to join our growing community.

We are offering a mix of affordable studios and desk spaces, priced between £55 p/m (for desk space) upto £320 p/m for our largest studio. Residents living in areas of EH16 (Craigmillar and Niddrie) and areas of EH15 (Bingham, Magdalene, the Christians and Newcraighall) receive 60% off standard rates).

FAQs

  1. Can I look around the studios before making an application?

    Yes we are holding tours at 5pm on Tuesday 30th September and 5pm Thursday 2nd October, more dates and times will be arranged the following week.

  2. When can I move in?

    The studios should be ready mid October, exact date tbc.

  3. How do you access the studios?

    The studios are located on the first floor, via a flight of stairs. There is no lift.

  4. Are there any additional charges on top of the monthly rent?

    Yes, there is a one-month refundable deposit, and a £50 studio joining fee, which includes induction and keys.

  5. Who are the studios for?

    The studios are for artists, we cannot accept applications from businesses or organisations.

  6. Can I request a specific space?

    Please let us know if there is a specific space you’d like in the requirements section of the form, however, we cannot guarantee this will be available.
